WHAT IS SEEDBOX?

SeedBox is our name for this vegetable garden in a box. A package of just 20x20x25cm will provide an enjoyable and new experience for growing your own vegetables in a quick, easy and economical fashion.

WHO’S IT FOR?

For everyone! SeedBox has numerous versions for all ages and tastes. We don’t want to classify you, so you choose what’s best for you based on your interest: SeedBox Collection has two different seeds that are grown in association. SeedBox Cultívame is just one seed variety and SeedBox kids (coming soon) includes an educational book for children and a mini raised planter for cultivating and learning during the season… (discover more here)

I’VE JUST RECEIVED MY SEEDBOX AND I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START. HOW DO YOU ASSEMBLE IT?

In the following link you’ll find a quick and explanatory video clearly showing how to assemble your SeedBox. Its pain free and easier than you can imagine. The trick is to fold the tabs in the right order.

HOW CAN I BUY SEEDBOX FOR ME OR A FRIEND?

Through our online shop, open 24 hours a day! Just make sure you get the right postal address if it’s for family or friends!

 

HOW DO I USE THE PROMOTIONAL CODE I’VE RECEIVED?

If you have a discount code, that’s great! To use it you need to go into the online store, add the products you wish to buy to the shopping cart and when you are finishing the purchase use your discount code in the box provided and enjoy the great discount.

 

Remember, discount codes aren’t applicable to products already on offer, they are personal and not transferable, and they have an expiration date.

SEEDBOX HASN’T CONVINCED ME… CAN I RETURN IT?

That’s a great shame, but of course you can return it. Send back the box in the same condition you bought it and we’ll return your money. For more details about your rights please see our returns policy.

SEEDBOX HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH SOMETHING MISSING

We can’t allow someone wanting to grow their own miss their opportunity! Send us details by email and a photo of the problem, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

I’VE PLANTED MY SEEDBOX BUT NOTHING HAS GROWN…

For some novices planting could perhaps be harder than it seems. Following our tutorials on You Tube and in our blog you shouldn’t have any problems. However, if on your first time it hasn’t worked out send us a photo and we’ll send you some extra seeds and some tips on how to reuse the soil mix.
